Whatever you're paying Scott Lederer and Kevin Michno - it's not enough! I would highly recommend these gentlemen to anyone selling or buying a home/property. They are consummate professionals, very responsive, conscientious and ethical. Can't wait to use their services again!

Scott and Kevin were absolutely amazing from start to finish! When we first started our journey, they were helpful in terms of ensuring that we did as much as possible to get the highest sale price of our house. They simultaneously helped us to reign in on what we were looking for in a new house. After we got a few offers on our house, they made sure we understood the ins and outs of the offers to help us make the most informed decision before accepting. They were also extremely patient and answered all of our questions. When it came time for us to make offers on new houses, they made sure we understood the implications of all contingencies and made sure to stay under our maximum budget. In the end, we got a very good price on our old house and moved into a wonderful house in a great neighborhood. I felt extremely supported throughout the experience and fully trusted them. I would highly recommend others to use Scott and Kevin.

There were needless to say a few challenges with the seller and seller's agent of which were handled by Scott with the upmost tact and diplomacy for resolution.
